How much does a course cost?
It's £95 per course. Costs are low to make learning accessible to everyone.
Are Mode courses online only?
Yes, all our courses are comprised of pre-recorded content. You can access them anytime and anywhere to make learning easy and convenient.

How long will it take me to complete a course?
Each course will take approximately 10 hours to complete depending on your pace. We recommend setting aside 3 - 4 hours per week to watch the videos and complete the learning activities.
What if I want to dropout?
We understand that sometimes you may want to change your mind. Therefore you will have 7 days from the date of your purchase to let us know that you wish to drop out. A full refund will be given providing that you have not watched any of the content or attended any of the live sessions.

Will I get to speak to the instructors?
Yes. Each course will have a minimum of 1 live online session with one of world-class instructors. The focus of this session will be to answer your questions to help you pass the course.
The main theoretical lectures are delivered through the pre-recorded videos. It is necessary for you to have watched these prior to attending a live online session.

Will I get to speak to the other students?
Yes. Each course has a discussion board associated with it. Here, you can help each other to learn and support one another.
Is there an assessment?
Yes. Each course has a blend of written and oral assessment methods. You will need to pass each component if you wish to complete the course and obtain a certificate of completion.
Do I get a certificate of completion?
Yes. If you pass the assessment then you will received a certificate of completion to prove that you took the course and successfully met the assessment criteria. You must do this within the 6 months of commencing the course.
What is your refund policy?
If you don't feel that the course is right for you or you decide that you do not want to undertake the course at that moment in time, then you may dropout within 7 days. Each course has a dropout period from the start date of that course. You will be given a full refund within this time period. After this period then it is not possible to dropout.
How long do I get access to the course for?
From the moment the course starts, you will have a period of 6 months to complete the course if you wish to get your certificate of completion. Once 6 months has surpassed then your seat will default and you will need to enrol onto the next course cohort.
How do live sessions work?
All live sessions will be held by Zoom video call at pre-scheduled times. Each session will last between 30 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure that you check the timetable at the start of your course.
